Sun of a Beach' is a beautiful sky blue cottage located directly across the street from the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. This 3 story home has gorgeous gulf views from the top floor balcony. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom cottage is a block from PCB’s famous Pier Park, and therefore within walking distance to countless shops, restaurants, activities, and the fishing pier! You just can't beat the convenience of this location! Home sleeps 8 in beds (Max of 10 guests).
This property is Dog Friendly for 2 dogs 35 lbs or less ($125 per pet) - the HOA will not allow pets over 35 lbs. Pets over 35 lbs will not be allowed to stay.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own in-suite bathroom and flat screen tv. The subtle coastal décor will help you to wind down after a fun day at the beach. There is a large dining room table for family meals, along with extra seats at the bar. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped and upgraded with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.
No need to pack towels or beach toys, we have plenty for you to use while you visit. From chairs and an umbrella to wagons and a cooler, we have you covered.
Take a dip in the community pool or relax on the third floor balcony and enjoy the gorgeous views of the Gulf. You will not want to leave this perfect beach retreat!
***Due to HOA rules, no trailers of any type are allowed at this property.***
All parties MUST have at least 1 person twenty-five (25) years of age or older staying at the property unless your group gets written permission by property management. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 50% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and keep your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

The property is absolutely amazing. Nice view, good location, not so busy community pool, clean, good AC, hot outdoor shower, etc.
The only downside is that the living room is on the 3rd floor, and there are around 18 steps to go up one level. Outside of the property, owner was quick to respond. One fact I find it interesting is that the House Rule requires that occupants do not leave any negative feedback, which may be against the airbnb policy.

Beautiful home! Easy access to the beach, dog beach, and Pier Park. We only got in our car once to go to the grocery store. Much to do within walking distance! Also, very clean home even though pets are allowed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ben was a great communicator and always answered when we needed him. A storm went through and fried the computer to our stove and he graciously and QUICKLY provided us an alternative! House is tastefully decorated with a great view of the beach.
