Our vacation was cut short due to hurricane Helene. This was the third we have stayed at this property, which never disappoints! We will be back again next year.

We have stayed here a couple of times before, and this time was just as awesome. It’s a fantastic location, quiet beach area, and the owner ensures you have everything you need to enjoy the home. Totally recommend if you want to be on the beach and have room for everyone ?

Perfect spot for our girl group!

Gorgeous home with the absolute best views and beachfront. If you want a front row seat to the ocean, then this is the place for you. We watched dolphins every morning, and loved the big patio leading out to the beach. Perfect location. Great place to bring a family.

House was very clean. Roomy and comfortable

This house is a winner and Ben was responsive and helpful. The house is comfortable, well equipped, super clean, and is easy to access. When you step off of the deck, you're in the sand and only steps away from the beach/water. It's a wonderful place and I hope we can stay in this house again soon.

Great house and beautiful location!

This was our second family vacation staying at Ben's Place. After the first time, we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else! The home is beautiful, clean, smells fresh, and has plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. You can't get any better with location, as this home backs directly to the beach. The convenience of having all of the amenities at home makes it a simple trip, you can cook your own meals, run inside to grab things, take a break from the sun on the covered deck, and the area is away from all of the crowds from the condos down the beach. We will be staying at Ben's Place every time we visit PCB!

The house, location, were very good. The views and easy access to the beach were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were provided. Easy to grill right on the deck with a wine refrigerator and lots of extras. We will definitely return to Panama City Beach and Ben’s place will be at top of our list. Definitely lived up to the description and pictures.

We booked this house primarily due to the proximity to the water. I don’t know how you can get any closer with the sand starting the second you step off from the stairs from your private deck. The house seems to have been recently remodeled and very tastefully. With a large deck and open living/dining space it was perfect for our group to all be together. I would definitely rent this property again next time we’re in the area.

Beautiful house that has been carefully maintained - the perfect destination right on the beach. A+ in all areas from arrival to departure.

We’ve tried about four units down the PCB area and we agreed we’re most likely to return to this unit.

Southern Comfort was an AMAZING house with views to match! Our family of five had plenty of room. The beach was beautiful and only steps from our door. This was our first stay at one of Ben’s properties and we look forward to visiting again!

Amazing location, perfect beach spot, and privacy is great! We enjoyed our stay- the house has all the amenities needed, and the decks were amazing too. Location is just a short drive from all the action, and we didn’t have any issues at all. Highly recommend!

My friends and family and I truly enjoyed our mini vacation at your property. The house is decorated nicely, it is in a great location and it was very clean. The check in and check out was seamless. Everything was in working order and we made use of the large washer and dryer. Even the next door neighbors were friendly. We cannot wait to return later this year!
