This location is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! I almost want to keep this place a secret because we plan to be back many times in the future. Your back deck is the beach- the garage below is very convenient to store any canopy, chairs and beach stuff right along with the hose at the bottom of the stairs to wash off with. We enjoyed both balconies in the evenings and the view is truly incredible! We grilled steaks one night while watching the sunset and the kitchen is equipped with all dishes you’ll need for meals. We loved having the washer and dryer at the home and there is even a cooler to take down to the beach. We were looking for a more private area with less people and this is it! There is a grocery store within 5 minutes and we had some great food that Ben recommended at local spots. The water was crystal clear, warm and perfect.

10/10 don't recommend the shores unit 108. Unit is very dirty. Mold on ceiling, broken counters in kitchen, ripped open pillows. Outdoor furniture falling apart and no cushions. Dirty grill. Dining table was broken and leaning to one side. Very small toilets. Drains in bathroom back up. Poor AC so have to use rolling AC units. Entry way stairs has a moldy smell. No towel racks. Loose handrails. Lots of patches from holes in the walls. Definitely not what the photos show in person. We contacted air bnb the night of our arrival and vacated that next morning for a full refund (less the one night the host wouldn't refund) and moved to a new property with a different host.

You can’t beat the location! It wasn’t in a super busy area of PCB so it was very peaceful and not crowded. Local to several grocery stores and restaurants. You can’t beat the view you get from the upper and lower balcony. Plenty of room for our party of 6. 10/10 would recommend. You can’t beat walking straight out onto the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—right on the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for our family with little ones. The area was peaceful and family-friendly, just what we were looking for. We enjoyed quiet mornings in the sand close to the water and beautiful sunsets every evening. Having supermarkets and stores nearby was a huge plus, making it easy to grab groceries or anything we needed throughout our stay. The home was clean, comfortable (beds were great!), and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with family!

The condo could’ve been cleaner there was a long black hair on the floor in both of the bathrooms and there was trash underneath the dressers in the bedroom like it wasn’t swept

We loved our stay! The townhouse could use some updates but was very cozy and the best part is the view and beach access. Only steps away from the beautiful beach. The sunrise and sunsets are dreamy just gorgeous. We walked the beach everyday its also minutes away from pier park and lots of restaurants. Everything is close. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location and fairly private beach shared with others in adjacent townhomes. It was never crowded. We loved eating and drinking on the deck and watching the ocean.

The kitchen has most everything you’ll need including margarita glasses. We did not see a blender, so bring one.

There is a Winn Dixie Grocery store around the corner and many restaurants all within walking distance. We made breakfast most mornings and did take out and delivery other nights.

The decor is a bit dated. But the location on the beach with a deck overlooking the ocean makes up for this. The master bedroom also faces the ocean. It was wonderful waking up to the ocean waves.

Our major issue that we had was with the slow internet, which made streaming evening movies a bit challenging. Until that’s fixed I’d recommend bringing some DVD’s. There is a DVD player.

The photo shows an old tube TV in the living room. There is a 40in? HDTV. And 32in HDTV’s in both bedrooms.

All in all we loved our stay and would recommend it if you’re looking for a location where you can walk out from the townhome onto the deck and down onto the beach. Also, there is a hose and shower at the bottom of the deck for cleaning off the sand.
