Ben place was beautiful! Worth and the money .Ben was available asap as we did have a few questions in the beginning and him and his staff were quick to assist / help with what questions we had . Definitely recommend this place !

This house was perfect for our group of 11. It’s right on the beach, and with the pool and hot tub, there was always a place to swim. Lots of space inside with bedrooms and baths. We would definitely stay there again. Very responsive to all our needs! Beautiful home!!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Our group of 16 had an amazing week and the only bad part was when we had to pack up to leave. Location is everything when you are at the beach and this location had everything that we wanted and more.

Great house with beautiful open kitchen and living spaces. The deck with pool and hot tub couldn't have been more perfect and the view of the ocean made it magical. There were some issues we noticed upon check in but Ben immediately took care of it and addressed them. Perfect for large families.

FIVE STARS ***** Holiday Fin was great for our family - 3 generations - for Fall break. The upstairs bedrooms and the extra living space is great for teens who want to get away. The downstairs was great for family game nights. I am pretty sure most of the group fell asleep at least once in the recliners. Plenty of eating room. Plenty of room period. And, the POOL. The kids loved it. Steps away was the beach for playing in the water during the day and crabbing at night. We had a blast! Thanks, Holiday Fin and Ben's Beach for everything. It's fantastic and we will be back to see you next year. OUTSTANDING!

Review Submitted August 25, 2011 Date of Stay August 13, 2011 This home is perfect for a large group. The views are breath taking from morning to dusk from the balcony. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We had a day or two of bad ocean waters but we were able to jump in the car and run over to St. Andrews State park, where the ocean was clear and calm, within 5 minutes. Ben Golden was very responsive to our needs and made sure our vacation was enjoyed to the utmost. Thanks much Ben and family for allowing us to rent this beautiful home and have quality family time! Looking forward to next year!

Our family loved this house and the location. The teenage grandchildren loved the house and the fact we were right on the beach. Our grown children loved the house, also. They all said it was perfect for us. The teenagers went parasailing, rode the banana boat, played putt-putt golf, visited an arcade, rode the go carts, and did a lot of shopping. We had wonderful seafood at Schooner's (our favorite), Scampi's, Captain Anderson's, and others. We would recommend this house to anyone with a large family or just a group of friends. It's great.

Review Submitted October 19, 2010 Date of Stay October 9, 2010 I almost hate to say how great this house is because we plan to keep staying there and need it to be available! We just spent 4 days there and it wasn't enough time. The only thing that wasn't great for us was having to leave this place. We have two young girls and they loved the game room and the hot tub as much as playing in the sand and waves. Although there were lots of rooms to choose from, they both wanted to sleep in the "mermaid room" and stayed up way too late giggling. My wife and I cherished our quiet morning coffee on the deck before everyone else woke up. We walked down to Schooners for dinner and watching the sun set.
