We had a wonderful stay! We had space for the whole family and then some. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The best part is that the beach if right outside the door. We’d definitely book again!

A wonderful and relaxing time was had by all. The home was large enough that we had plenty of room for our big group and everyone had privacy. Having the beach so close was amazing. The fire pit was a very nice and appreciated touch. The October nights got a touch chilly. But being able to sit by the fire and watch the Gulf was beyond relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Ben was absolutely amazing !! This is the second time we have rented from him over the years. The place and location were perfect. We always bring our beach wagon but didn’t even need it. You literally walk a path from the back porch straight to the sand. We would watch our 8 year old walk back to go get whatever and come back. It was extremely convenient. The place was big enough for all 10 of us and we still had extra beds. We are going to try to book with Ben every trip if possible !

Awesome location (best part of place) There were multiple broken things, uncomfortable beds in bunk room (kids will be fine). Make sure to bring TP and garbage bags, they don’t give you many. Overall, a nice location with a good house but there is some updates that need to be made.

The house was a pleasant surprise from the pictures. Bigger inside than expected. The 2nd fridge had a leak and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Also not enough towels so bring your own. The umbrella was also broken. And one of the dining chairs was broken. It wasn’t perfect but it was totally enjoyable If you can overlook the imperfections. Other than that there were chairs outside that were perfect for the beach. We really enjoyed our trip.

Great location! The beach is in the backyard! Great for fitting lots of people on a budget.

The location is amazing, the house needs a lot of renovation

Beach house was just as described. Best part was having such easy beach access from the back yard and the ice machine to add ice to drinks or coolers. Beach was beautiful!
