This place was fantastic! I love how it’s right on the beach. You just walk right out onto the sand. When we first arrived, I had to contact Ben because the AC wasn’t working. It was late when we arrived and he had someone out there to fix it. Thank you, Ben! In the pictures, it shows one bedroom with bunk beds. Now the bedroom has two full size beds which we were very happy with. (I think they were full). Loved the kitchen and LR with all the windows to look out at the beautiful ocean. And the high chairs on the deck where we would sit and have our morning coffee was so relaxing. Talk about peaceful! We hated to leave. But, all good things must come to an end! 🙂

The house was better than expected. Had such a wonderful family time . We will be going back next year

This was the second year in a row that we've stayed at this beach house and once again it did not disappoint! It's a beautiful house, just as in the photos, and in a perfect location. Directly on the beach & almost on the water! The A/C did go out on us for almost a day, but Ben was very attentive & responsive. The service guys were very busy.
Chances are we will be back to this same beach house again next year!!

Stunning view! We arrived at sunset and it was beautiful. Can't beat the view and being right on the beach.
Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Shower and spigots outside were fantastic with great water pressure. Place was clean.
Photos are pretty accurate but we were confused upon arrival, the room with the extra double bed is in the BUNK BED room, it is a trundle (not pictured).
Kitchen has a nice countertop, not the wood one shown, this was a nice surprise!
Ben was very responsive but it seems like it's run by a property management company.
The long list of rules for the home don't all apply to the home and I asked if there was any beach equipment available, like chairs or umbrellas, he said no but there were several chairs and umbrellas at the house. They were likely left behind by previous guests but would have been helpful to know. Beach towels would be a nice addition.
One thing that would make it better is offering a pack n play or crib option.
Overall great stay!

We had an amazing stay. The location is absolutely perfect to spend the weekend at the beach. The house is cute, clean and so many little things like tons of pots and pans, silverware, blender, toaster both kinds of coffee makers, extra blanket’s & pillows. The views from the house were unbelievable. The beach was fairly quiet and not over crowded at all for our stay. Check in and out was an easy process. The entire stay was so great!

Our stay here was fabulous! The house is as beautiful as the pictures shown, and is only feet from the ocean!! The house has been recently updated and the views are gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked with silverware & utensils, pots & pans, and any small appliance you can think of. Ben was very attentive and quickly answered any questions we had. We will not hesitate to revisit this property.

great stay..we loved being away from the crowds and walking to the state park

LOCATION IS SECOND TO NONE! We spent a week at this home and could not be happier with the experience! The house is DIRECTLY on the beach...actually it hovers over the beach! This is one of the closest houses to the beach in Panama City Beach! A few short steps from your deck and you are in the sand. We had 9 in our group, two families. 4 adults and 5 kids from 14-9 yrs of age. We had plenty of space and we never felt tight. The entertainment area is perfect for a larger group...huge table that seats 10 and a huge kitchen island that is perfect for conversation. All of this has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the beach! The home was recently remodeled and a few of the projects were not done. although this was frustrating, it did not take away from the visit. The home is located closer to the end of PCB and is in a quieter location. the beaches are busy, but not nearly as busy as the "condo" end of PCB. We loved the ability to play games on the beach in the mornings and late afternoon when the beach opened up more. The sunsets are insane...right off of your own deck with 4 high top chairs. This house is a gem!
