Ben’s place was great for our annual vacation! I traveled with 11 other women and the house fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space and it was walkable to the beach and many other attractions. The only recommendation I would leave is more towels— if the home houses 16 guests, there should be at least 2 sets of towels per bathroom. Otherwise, we had a nice and comfortable stay!

The home location is perfect for our needs. Very short walk to beach access 18. We rented chairs so we didn’t have to haul anything with us. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. The pool was a perfect addition to end the beach day. It’s very close to St Andrews State Park, restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shopping.

We took a star away because it is very basic home. A few things I would warn future renters of so they can plan accordingly. This home advertises accommodations for 14-16 guests, however, there were only 8 utensil sets and 12 bath towels provided. Not a deal breaker, but, we had to purchase plastic utensils to get us through one days use and wash towels a few times a day so no one had to share, I’d also like to note that the blinds are see through at night and provide no privacy. People in the pool can see directly into the master bedroom and you can see through the 2nd floor blinds from the street. Other than those few things, the home provides a large space with easy beach access.

Overall, I would recommend this home for a spacious family beach vacation.

We’ve been coming to Destin/PCB for family and friends trips for the past 6 years, and this was by far one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The upstairs layout was extremely convenient — two bedrooms on the left with their own bathroom, and two bedrooms on the right with another bathroom and master bedroom on first floor. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably.

Ben was an amazing host and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back again next year!

We stayed here this past weekend for my cousin’s bachelorette trip and overall had a good experience. The house had plenty of space for our group of five girls and one guy, with two extra queen beds we didn’t need. The location was great—about a 20-minute drive to most restaurants and activities we had planned, and a few bars were only 5–10 minutes away. The pool was small, but we didn’t use it since we spent most of our time enjoying the beach views.
There were a few things that could be improved. We could have used more basic supplies like toilet paper and trash bags for a group our size. Communication was also frustrating, as I sent several messages asking if beach umbrellas or chairs were provided and didn’t receive a response for about a week (not provided).
The biggest concern was cleanliness when we arrived. Several comforters and pillowcases had visible makeup or dirt, so we ended up washing bedding. There was also trash under my bed and the floors appeared unswept and sticky.

Excellent location and a very nice house. The only thing I would recommend is installing blinds in the bedrooms (especially the master) to block out sunlight in the mornings and ensure greater privacy. Aside from that, everything is excellent.

We recently stayed at this Airbnb in Florida for 2 nights, and the experience was very disappointing. The host was charging us extra for every basic request, including pool heating the details of which was not mentioned clearly and again the tone used in the message was not really welcoming. The place was also poorly stocked — there was not enough kitchen paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, or basic toiletries for 2 night stay, so we had to buy everything ourselves.

On checkout day, we requested we will checkout at 11 am instead of 10:00 AM since we had kids and most places have 11 am checkout. Whatever may be the reason for denial, the tone used by property owner was very rude, unwanted and unprofessional. We were informed we will be charged $100 per hour late checkout fee, even though this was never mentioned anywhere in the listing.

The lack of supplies, unexpected charges, and the host’s rude behavior made our stay stressful. This is not what we expected from airbnb property.

It was a beautiful home! They were incredibly responsive when there was issues they got fixed right away. The owners came and introduced themselves, overall 10/10!!

Great house and location. We had the pool heated alwhich was perfect, as we had cool weather the days we were there.
The only cons were we wished there were better pots/pans/baking sheets and cooking utensils. Our group cooked a lot of meals and that definitely was a drawback.
Also having some beach towels and chairs to borrow would have been helpful.
Ben was very helpful and we were able to check in early which was perfect after a long travel day.

We enjoyed our stay here! It is very roomy and was perfect for 6 adults and a child to be spread out! The kitchen is so roomy, it would be perfect if you plan on cooking or preparing meals! The bed rooms are great sizes and clean! The bathrooms are beautiful, especially the down stairs master bathroom. The pool is small , and doesn’t get much sun so it is pretty chilly and not a good “laying out” pool , but perfect to hang out in or around and for kids. It is really close to the beach access , and the beach was never really crowded in that area during our stay. There is also a nice little restaurant with live music and breakfast -dinner with in walking distance. It is in a great location for everything , and you can even grab a golf cart rental right across the street! The only thing I would say is the floors were pretty dirty , and could use a good mopping/scrubbing. We would definitely stay here or in another one of Bens Beach Homes again. The communication and process was easy and prompt. The house was beautiful, minimalist and modern and over all clean and comfortable. This home was out families favorite beach home yet , after years of vacation Florida and Alabama beaches!

The price was very reasonable for the amount of space, amenities, location and especially the outdoor pool.

This house is amazing. the space is well used.
we were 13 people for one week and every body was comfortable. The house was very clean when we arrived, the beds were super nice, the kitchen is incredible accommodating whit all the utensils that we needed. the location was perfect, one block to the beach. And Ben was a super hostess, vere responsive and attentive.

Great place for a large group of people! The house was as described and very clean. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

Me and my family throughly enjoyed the stay at Ben’s particular location. It was very close to the beach, and walkable to other attractions as well. Across the street there is a golf rental which is very convenient. The home was beautiful inside and out and provided comfort in every which way. There was a concern about ants, however Ben was very responsive about the situation, scoped it out, provided a solution and informed us about Florida’s ant problem. I would highly recommend this place.

Our stay here was very accommodating with the spacious living and dining area and the amount of bedrooms. The pool in the private backyard was an added bonus. It was very easy access to the beach as well as to local restaurants and attractions. Ben was excellent with communication and answering questions that we had.

Very clean house. Great Location! Hot Tub Clean! Property Clean! This location is amazing and the walk to the beach was a breeze even with 6 kids. House has every update you will need while staying at the beach. Hot water shower out back was nice to have. Property was very well maintained and very well taken care of. We will definitely be using this location in the future
