Loved it so much we stayed an extra day!

Everything was great! We really enjoyed our stay!

I took a couple days to write this. They actually sent me a message asking for a 5 star review!
It was decorated cute, but really neglected. Holes in walls, light switches broken, oven was repaired by our 5th day, but was so filthy we didn't want to use it. No cleaning supplies left so we couldn't clean anything, not even a broom.
Outside in the carport was a collection of rusty, moldy beach chairs, various toys left by others, grill was filthy.
The pool had signs such as " if you have diarrhea, do not swim". Bathrooms disgusting and no shade at all.
Kitchen and living room on 3rd floor, very hard to lug up groceries. Some view of ocean.
Sheets and blankets had stains. Asked for a pet deposit after we had paid it before we arrived.
Heat set to turn on every morning at 9 am, we were hot and couldn't reprogram the thermostat.
Good location right around the corner from beach access. Construction a few doors down was noisy. It was disappointing to us all.

We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great location to the beach and local shopping, very nice clean set up, you get your exercise going up and down the stairs

Comfortable and convenient to all the things we had planned to do. Beds were wonderful, slept great all week. Will definitely consider for our next trip.

Highly recommend this property for families coming to PCB for a holiday. The accommodation has nice spaces for relaxing and great views. Great proximity to the beach, Pier Park, and lots of restaurants.

Lots of steps but a great place to stay! Beautiful setting and close enough to walk to the beach.

Great spot for a PCB trip!

The property is absolutely amazing. Nice view, good location, not so busy community pool, clean, good AC, hot outdoor shower, etc.
The only downside is that the living room is on the 3rd floor, and there are around 18 steps to go up one level. Outside of the property, owner was quick to respond. One fact I find it interesting is that the House Rule requires that occupants do not leave any negative feedback, which may be against the airbnb policy.

This place was amazing. It was close to everything and right across the street from the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home! Easy access to the beach, dog beach, and Pier Park. We only got in our car once to go to the grocery store. Much to do within walking distance! Also, very clean home even though pets are allowed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ben was a great communicator and always answered when we needed him. A storm went through and fried the computer to our stove and he graciously and QUICKLY provided us an alternative! House is tastefully decorated with a great view of the beach.
