The Surf Hut, is newly furnished with upscale beachy décor ideal for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. New Heated Pool & Hot Tub ready for Summer 2023 ($50/Day for Heat). This is not the normal small pool & hot tub you find at the beach that only holds 4 people. Pool measures 13'x30' and the connected Hot Tub measures 9'x5'. The Pool features a sun ledge where you can soak and relax and also sit in 2 ledge loungers. Extra Large to accomodate your family and group. The backyard also boasts a new outdoor food and drink prep area that has a fridge for your cold drinks and Professionall Grill for your cookouts. There is plenty of professional grade outdoor furniture including loungers, chairs, tables & umbrellas for lounging, enjoying a meal or relaxing and having fun. The backyard is Incredible! After enjoying a day at the beach or soak in the pool and hot tub there is also an outdoor shower with privacy to rinse off. The Surf Hut is located in a great location just a couple minute walk to the beach - there is a cross walk with caution lights to make the walk safe and easy. Home also boasts Fiber Internet for the kids or any work you may have to get done. The Surf Hut also enjoys peek-a-boo views of the Gulf from the second story Balcony.
The open concept living, kitchen, and dining areas offer the perfect space for entertaining, cooking a seafood dinner, or just enjoying good company. On the first floor, you’ll find one of two master suites, lavishly decorated and furnished with everything you’ll need to enjoy your time at the beach. The en suite bath boasts a walk-in shower with rain drop shower head where you enjoy washing all the sand away. Baby equipment and Pack n Play have been furnished in this room for your convenience. The first-floor master also offers a wine cooler perfect for enjoying a nighttime cocktail before bed.
Further down the hall of the first floor you’ll find the bunk bedroom that holds two sets of triple stacked twin bunks. This room is thoughtfully decorated with beachy furnishings to ensure the kids feel right at home and enjoy every minute of their vacation. The third bedroom on the first floor holds a queen bed and another set of twin over twin over twin bunks, perfectly suited for a small family itself. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom that has a bath tub just outside of the rooms
Up the stairs is the tastefully decorated living and dining areas, accented with gorgeous counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table sits 8 people comfortable with extra seating at the island and the balcony table, which is perfect for dining al-fresco in the cool summer breezes. Gulf views and scenery can be enjoyed while lounging on the large balcony that overlooks Thomas drive. The Second-floor master is the only bedroom on the second floor. With an en-suite bathroom fit for a king the second-floor master bedroom and bath are sure to be a source of zen and relaxation for the lucky tenants.

Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic.
Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10 to 15 minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area.
Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 4 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12 minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10 minute drive, 'The Surf Hut' is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.
