This 3-bd 2-bath single-story house provides you with a lot of space to spread out and enjoy your time with family and friends.
Several minutes walk, or two minutes golf cart drive (provided), to the beautiful white sand beach that is not crowded even in the busiest months.
After a beach day, a convenient outdoor shower and hot tub in the backyard will help you fully relax. A dreamy wooden teepee will make both children and that child living inside your adult body happy.

400 Mbps high-speed internet will meet all your online surfing or remote working needs. Also, a printer/scanner is onsite for your convenience.
Cook your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen or with the outdoor gas grill. And enjoy your breakfast or dinner on the screened patio while enjoying the ocean breeze. Alternatively, a few minutes drive to 30A or the Pier Park, where you can find plenty of restaurant and store options.

This home is located in a quiet and charming residential neighborhood. Garage with a driveway that is spacious enough to park four cars.
Take a short walk to the beautiful white sand. Or, ride with our golf cart in this golf-cart-friendly community. Note: the market rate for the four-passenger golf cart rental is at least $175 a day in PCB! What a great value that you are getting with our all-inclusive room rate!
We thrive to provide you with a cozy, clean and safe place, so we team up with one of the best cleaning teams in PCB, which is very professional and detail oriented. We run sanitizing wash cycle with all the beddings and towels and use sanitizing spray to wipe all the traffic surfaces. We also clean and sanitize the hot tub. We are equipped with different types of cleaning tools and vacuums to pursue a spotless space.
In addition, house-trained dogs are welcomed with $125 pet cleaning fee. All we ask is simple and basic care... Please no pets on the furniture and bed to respect our next guests who may have allergies (and no one likes dusty paw prints!). Pick up your pet’s doo-doo right away in the yard so no one gets squishy shoes. Thank you 🙂

Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 50% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and keep your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

Beautiful house. Clean. Responded quickly. Any issues she was on top of. Golf cart made it worth it to drive to beach. Comfy beds. Comfy couch. Didn’t use hot tub but a plus! Had beach amenities. Pet friendly. Would stay here again!

The house was great. We brought our dog and she loved the big backyard. The jacuzzi was nice. We had our 6 year old grandchildren with us and they loved the kids room with bunk beds. The screened in porch was nice for the adults in the evening to sit and chat. Thanks Yan!

We enjoyed our stay at Yan’s place. The location was in a cute neighborhood, convenient to grocery stores and some restaurants. The golf cart was a big plus and the beach area was very nice and not crowded. I felt very safe in the home and the layout of the house was perfect. It was also very thoughtful that there were beach towels and beach chairs provided so that we didn’t have to pack our own. We cooked in the kitchen 3 nights and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great beach week!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved how Yan’s place was in an area that was less crowded than downtown PCB, but also close to some of our favorite areas like Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Also to note, the house was really clean, especially for a pet friendly rental. I never noticed anything that indicated any dogs has been there. The golf cart made getting to the beach incredibly easy, and without it I feel the walk might have been too much for us with a baby and young child. The enclosed backyard was also perfect for our two dogs. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we decided to add on an extra night towards the end of our stay. Thank you for quickly responding and being so accommodating! We hope to be back soon!

This home was one of the best Air BnB's we've ever stayed at! Great location, extremely clean, very comfortable and it had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub and golf cart were a special treat. Communication was timely and never a problem. Highly recommended!
