Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 50% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and not return your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

We had an absolute blast! Waking up and sitting on the balcony to watch the waves crash on the beach was so peaceful. Having the three bathrooms was very helpful. Really enjoyed the corner balcony as well. Being able to see my older kids at the pool or at the beach at the same time.
Condo is well appointed and comfortable. Proximity to restaurants and night life is great.

Great location. The employees were very helpful and nice. We saw dolphins and stingrays every morning around 6/7 am. Easy access to the beach. The pools and hot tub area are nice and clean.

This place truly is beautiful and has the best view! I would stay here again! The only part about this place I didn’t like is the elevators ( they have nothing to do with the owner though) they are extremely slow and need updated.
Great location close to everything. Nice corner room with balcony on the beach side. Pictures make it seem bigger than it really is. Would recommend.

This is a beautiful condo. It was perfect for my family of 8. You are directly on the beach and you have views for miles! The condo was clean, and nice. The pool is the best in all of PCB!

We spent 7 nights at this condo. Nice to have a huge balcony...access from the family room & from the master bedroom which gave all of us views for miles. This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. The lagoon pool is awesome!

Stayed here for a cheer-leading competition and fell in love with the condo! Plenty of room and classy decor. The kitchen was clean and counters are just amazing to look at. Wish we could comment on the pools but, we were to busy with our daughters cheer to relax and enjoy...the rest of our group said the pool was the best one in Panama City Beach Will be back in summer!!
