Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 50% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and not return your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Great place to stay, slept 17 of us comfortably. Location was also great, it was a 2 min walk to the beach.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ben’s place
Pros:
-Incredible location right next to the beach
-Big enough to house all 16 of us comfortable
-two refrigerators for all the food we cooked in the house
-very clean pool
-many indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out
Cons:
-Lack of toiletries- shampoo, soap and toilet paper was only enough for a couple days
- furniture could use some updating/ fixing
- no cleaning supplies provided except for a broom- would have been nice to have a vacuum and dish detergent
-the house could have been a little cleaner at check in
My family and I absolutely loved this home! It was beautiful, spacious, and had everything to accommodate not just one family, but 2. We had young kids, teenagers, and adults, and there is something for everyone to enjoy about this home. The pool is perfect. Location is perfect: 45 sec walk to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and clothing stores, 2 min drive to St. Andrew's Park. We loved this house so much, we've already booked it again for next year!

Had me and 7 other guys stay here for four nights for my bachelor trip, can't imagine a place where we'd have felt quite as luxurious for the same price. Beautiful place with lots of beds, bathrooms and space, and very responsive host!

Happy with great views and ocean breezes. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out. Convenient public access to beach right across the street from the property and loved the private pool. Home is showing some wear but would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for people that want to be close to the beach without all the heavy breezes that can come from the gulf!
The place had plenty of space for larger groups and without anyone being left without a bed when our group stayed.
The two refrigerators came in handy to perfectly store the groceries for our group and plenty of dishes that we were able to have in hand when we needed.
Some of the furniture and doors were a bit worn out, but were all still functional.
Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Be ready for a Fun Stay! There is a local bar with outside live music and Good Eats just a few steps away. A must visit.

This was our first time using airbnb, but it will not be out last, Gone Gulfin was everything we were looking for. We have a family of 8 plus a toddler, so we needed a little room to spread out so we were not on top of each other (all adult children) This place was perfect for that, large spaces, plenty of seating on couches, tables, and the bar. Bedrooms were nice and roomy, bathrooms enough that there was no wait 🙂 And shocking enough, plenty of hot water for everyone. Two refridgerators and a wine cooler was a nice touch! Host supplied just about everything we needed, extra towels in each bathroom, extra blankets, trash bags, dish soap, even dishwasher tabs. The little bottles of shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms was a super nice touch and came in handy as our grocery order was a bit late and we did not pack it since we were buying it in our order. Was nice to have it. OMG PLENTY of dishes, cups, and two coffee pots! Enough outdoor seating which was perfect since we spent so much time outside. Even a little mint left on each pillow. In the shed we found plenty of beach chairs which came in handy. The location could not be any better, step out the door, cross a small dead end street and you are on the beach. Two outside trashcans, and pick up twice a week so we had no issues with garbage. Entire home was nice and clean and the air worked great. Pool was clean and big enough for the family, with a small kids' play area. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but it looked inviting 🙂 We will rent from Bens Beach Houses again in the future. The furniture was a little worn out but was not an issue for us as it was still clean and in good functional use. Otherwise, the home was tastefully decorated without a ton of unneeded breakables laying around which was perfect. The upper deck had an amazing view of the ocean and we could hear the surf great!
