Great Location!!! This brand new 4 BR + bunk room has 3.5 baths, large backyard and a private heated pool! There is a fee to heat the pool ($50/day for Heat). Sleeps 12 in beds (Max guests 14)! It has parking for 4 cars. Just steps from the beach!
Pets allowed but are $125/pet/stay. This is not a deposit - it is a nonrefundable fee. Guests are still responsible for any and all damage caused by there pets and need to pick up after their pets. Any pet charges that arise will not be covered by any type of damage deposit or damage waiver purchased.
Gone Beachin' is New to the rental market and boasts TV's in every bedroom and new furniture! Gone Beachin' is a beautifully finished beach house with a private pool. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on the corner of Thomas Drive just down the street from the popular Schooners Restaurant and Bar.
The 4 bedrooms are located 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and bunk room on the second floor.
Important: This home sleeps 12 in beds - Maximum guests allowed however is 14. You would need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bags for the additional guests.
The 1st master suite is located on the first floor (1 King Bed). It has a large walk-in shower.
The 2nd Bedroom is a spacious second master suite is located on the 2nd floor and boasts a huge bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet (1 King Bed). This master suite also has a spacious balcony.
The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen bed.
The 4th Bedroom has a Queen over Queen bunk bed.
There is also a bunk room equipped with 2 Twins in bunk formation.
The kitchen is well equipped with custom cabinets, granite counter tops, premium appliances, pantry and all the essentials for lovingly preparing meals for the family. The gorgeous new flooring and decorations make you feel like you're in the comfort of your own home.
This is a great home for one large family or two smaller families that care to share the cost of a beach rental: 2 king bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed,
1 Twin over Twin bunk bed.

You must notify property manager if your group does not have 1 person 25 years of age or older! You will need approval in writing.
Easy Access: Thomas Drive has the best traffic flow in the area. During the busiest times of spring break and peak summer weeks, Front Beach Road experiences bumper to bumper traffic. From Thomas Drive you can drive anywhere in minutes without the hassle of traffic.
Shopping Nearby: There are 2 major grocery stores and a Super Walmart within 2 miles. Pier Park is an ideal place for shopping and is only a 10-15 minute drive from the house. At Pier Park you will find several major department stores, many outlet stores, specialty stores, unique apparel and jewelry stores, fun activities for the kids, a major 16 theater cinema, and some of the best restaurants in the area.
Fun Activities: Shipwreck Island water park is blast for the whole family in the heat of the summer. Within a very short distance of the house there are several venues for miniature golf, bumper boats, go-karting, sling shot bungee rides, a Ripley's Believe it or Not, and all the beach activities one could ask for. For the golfing enthusiasts, there are 5 public courses within minutes of the house. Signal Hill is just a mile down the road. Holiday Club is about a 12 minute drive and is a little more challenging. For the best golfers, Bay Point, with its 2 courses is about a 10 minute drive, and The Hombre is less than a 10 minute drive. Gone Beachin' is located in the heart of all your favorite beach activities.

Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 50% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and not return your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

Our overall stay was good. Ben was a great communicator and dealt with any issues or concerns we had immediately and promptly. The home had a few issues but nothing major that couldn't be overlooked. The backyard and pool area were the biggest issue for us we felt it was left dirty and unkept, but we pitched in and cleaned it up ourselves, we left it better than we found it. The house is nicely stocked. The interior was very clean and spacious in the main living areas and master bedrooms. The smaller bedrooms were a little crapped and the queen bunk bed needs some adjusting as the top bunk was not useable (very wobbly). The dining room chairs need attention the seat bottoms were not secured down missing screws so could not use the full set of the table. The pool people showed up unannounced twice scared the kids. The only location negative we had was, there are a few local bars close by so just be aware of the noise and loud motorcycles on weekends. Overall was a good rental choice

The house was perfect for our family. The grandkids had a blast in the pool. Clean and organized with tabs of what was where. We had a great time.
Amazing beach house!! We couldn't be happier about our stay. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the house was stocked with everything we needed for the week. It is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family's Thanksgiving vacation. I really cannot say enough good things about this property. We will definitely be back!

Awesome beach house!! We loved everything about our stay. Plenty of room in the house, 2 master suites which was very nice. The pool was awesome, we spent most of our time there if we weren’t at the beach. Beach is very close to the house, very short walk. If you have a lot of stuff to carry there’s public parking right beside beach access. The home is in a great location, close to everything in Panama City! I 100% recommended staying here!!
Very lovely and enjoyable home! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. There were a few cleanliness items that were left out by the cleaning crew, but the owners offered to come fix it for us immediately. Will definitely stay in the future!

Great accommodations overall
Very nice house
Beautiful home that comfortably fit multiple families. Short convenient walk to the beach and close to many attractions. Proximity to busy road did cause some excess noise. Lovely features and amenities. Pool heater was an extra expense but worth it to be able to swim in the evenings and in cooler weather.
It was a very good house, it was very clean it had a nice pool and it was in a good location. Hopefully we go there every year
