FantaSea is approximately 2000 square feet with fantastic views of the Emerald water. Home has a large open area for entertaining and a gourmet kitchen. There is also a screened in porch off the master bedroom overlooking the ocean. The house also boasts plenty of outdoor space (covered and uncovered) over-looking the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico.
FantaSea is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Ocean! Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family and friends.
Home is located on Spyglass Drive on the East end of Panama City Beach. The home's location couldn't be better; you're walking distance to several restaurants, night spots and a short bike ride to St Andrews State Park. Whether you're watching the sunbathers or the sunsets, you can't beat this view! There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms on the main floor, one with a tub/shower and one with a shower. The upstairs Master bedroom has a king bed and a five-piece master bathroom with separate water closet (with a toilet and a bidet) …. there is a kids retreat off of the upstairs (master) bedroom that has one full bed, two twins, 1 custom (for a small child) and a 27”X80” banquette/daybed. Main level king bedroom is 9X13, queen bedroom is 10X9, Master with King is 16X12, and the bunk areas are 12X11 and 15X7. In addition, there is one high quality queen pullout sleeper sofa bed on the main level. Young groups, please do not book if under 25!!!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 50% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and not return your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

The house is beautiful! Plenty of room for large family's. House is right on the beach, but within walking distance to some great places to eat, shop, or just have a drink. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful decor
Upstairs primarily for adults w children but if you have all adults staying make sure you know all rooms accessible through one door only … the master sliding door. Didn’t bother us whatsoever.
