Beachfront Home - 5 Bedrooms / 5 Bathrooms. Beachfront Plunge Pool (Unheated) directly on the Beach!
This Villa has one of the best locations in PCB. Over 3000 square feet of Mediterranean style villa with fabulous ocean views throughout, 3 balconies, flat screen TV's in every bedroom and a 60' screen in living area. Home also enjoys large gulf front deck (this is critical to most renters) with grill, amazingly close to the ocean; 3 King Beds & 4 Queens, nice tub in master, computer desk with WIFI, privacy garage.
Cotton Sails is also located on a somewhat secluded street off Thomas Drive, which leads to less congestion on the beach, and still close to many restaurants, grocery stores, wall mart, Home Depot, Lowe's, seafood markets etc. Parking for 3 cars MAX

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Ben's Beach Homes/PCBrentals will only offer a refund of monies collected if we are unable to deliver you the home reserved (Ex. Fire, Flood, Etc.). If you have to cancel, we will do everything in our power to rent your dates to another party. We will refund your money IF we are able to do so. The minimum amount guest will be charged for a cancellation is $375.
Also, you may be responsible for any difference if we obtain another reservation for a lower rate.
Deposit Policy
There is a 50% down payment to reserve all properties. The balance is due 60 days before your check-in date. If guest fails to pay balance within the next 7 days we will remove your reservation and not return your money. Once collected, monies are non-refundable. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

The house worked well for our family. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out together there. The rooms are a good size, everyone having their own bathroom was very nice! Beach access was wonderful. Ben is very responsive.
Having only ever stayed in hotels and never any AB&B-type place before, we were pleasantly surprised.
The "issues" we experienced were maintenance-related and were considered a minor inconvenience.
We would definitely stay here again as Cotton Sails is a great townhouse.
Pros:
The townhouse is spacious, comfortable, centrally located, with updated modern décor, and direct beach access.
A good mix of bed types in the 5 bedrooms, and every bedroom had its own bath (a huge plus).
The bar/restaurant across the street was used several times for quick bites and drinks.
Cons:
The front door electronic lock and 2x TV remotes needed battery replacement.
The beachside deck needs a refresh/refinishing (watch out for deck screws and foot splinters).
The base amenities kit item counts should be expanded based on the length of stay.
We had an awesome stay, and we cannot wait to go back! We were on a large family trip, age range from one year old to 80 years old…the location could not have been better to access the beach- only a few steps to the sand. We watched the sunset everyday, it was beautiful!
We loved the big house with all of the bedrooms, the beds were comfy and every room had their own bathroom- big plus!
The house was clean, the location was PERFECT and the memories are timeless. Thanks for a great stay!
Overall, nice place. Kitchen could use a little work. Not family friendly with live music at the bar across the street playing until midnight.
We were so pleasantly surprised. This house was so spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the living room sofa was super comfortable. Lots of deck furniture and you are literally right on the beach. All the king bedrooms have their own decks. Ben responded almost immediately to every question I had. The garage was a huge bonus for parking and we were able to safely store the top and doors to our jeep. We didn’t want to leave so we ended up adding a night. We would definitely stay here again.
The house was beautiful! Very spacious! Ben was a great host and always responded quickly, me and my friends had different request on what we were wanting and this met all our expectations. The most important was that we all wanted a beachfront house and this was the perfect house with all the amazing views! We will be returning for sure, we had an amazing time!
Host was ok didn’t communicate very well, also was very rude during check in but house was nice and not a terrible price
